Viennese biscuits


I have a friend coming over on Saturday morning from London and as I have not seen her in ages , beated and piped these morsels for her but also my allergic son so that he does not feel left out by goodies!

They would be nice sandwiched together with dairy free buttercream and a seedless raspberry jam but school run beckoned and no time….

200g Pure margarine
100g icing sugar
200g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 teaspoon oatly milk or equivalent
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Beat sugar and Pure together until smooth.
Sift flour an baking powder into mix and combine with milk/ vanilla

Be brave and put mix into a piping bag with large nozzle of choice.
Create whirls or designs

Bake for 15 minutes at 200c on lined baking sheet.

Cool then sprinkle with icing sugar.

Hide from hungry children until required!
