Apricot and honey scones

Fresh, hot and dripping with a spread or butter. This is how it should be ! No jam required. Well the kids seemed to think so anyway.

350g self raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
85 g Pure dairy free spread or butter
1 tablespoon caster sugar
1 big tablespoon runny honey
175 ml oat milk or other milk, warmed
80g chopped apricots

Makes 8 scones

Mix flour, baking powder and salt together
Rub in Pure until mix resembles bread crumbs
Stir in sugar and apricots
Pour in milk and honey and combine to form a dough, adding a little more flour until if sticky.
Pat into a round about 3 cm thick
Use chosen round cutter to make scone and place on a baking sheet
Bake for 10 minutes until risen and golden at 200c
