  1. We just adore the Moro cookbooks & more recently discovered Ottolenghi. Can’t have enough Slater too in my kitchen

  2. Nigel rules! Have just bought the Hummingbird Cookbook and it is deliciously wonderful!
    The Flavour Thesaurus by Niki Segnit is another new favourite. Fabulous, flexible and perfect inspiration for using up whatever’s left in the fridge…
